摘 要:为了完善三电平直接矩阵变换器(three-level direct matrix converter,TLDMC)的输入控制,对TLDMC的输入功率控制进行了研究,主要对输入无功电流的相关控制方法进行设计。首先,对传统矩阵变换器和TLDMC进行了对比介绍;其次,简要介绍了TLDMC的间接空间矢量调制方法的原理;然后,对TLDMC的输入侧建立了数学模型并推导出了其PID和准PR控制方法,再结合电网不平衡情况下TLDMC输入功率和输出电压补偿方法,提出了一种基于滑模控制(sliding mode control,SMC)的带电压补偿的输入电流控制系统,同时将此方法与传统PID控制、准PR控制相比较;最后,通过实验验证了所提控制方法的正确性和有效性。实验结果表明,所提控制可以实现期望的控制目标,且在控制性能上明显优于PID和准PR控制。In order to improve the input control of the three-level direct matrix converter(TLDMC),this paper studies the input power control of TLDMC and mainly designs the control method of input reactive current.First of all,the traditional matrix converter and TLDMC are compared and introduced.Secondly,the principle of indirect space vector modulation method used in TLDMC is briefly introduced.Then,a mathematical model is established on the input side of TLDMC,and the control methods for PID and quasi-PR are derived.Furthermore,combined with the TLDMC input power and output volt-age compensation method under unbalanced grid voltages,a sliding mode control(SMC)based input current control system is proposed.The method is compared with traditional PID control.Finally,the correctness of PID control method,quasi-PR control methods and SMC control method is verified by simulation.The comparison between the results of PID,quasi-PR control method and SMC shows that,although PID and quasi-PR control can achieve the desired control target,SMC is more superior in response speed.
