基于职业能力培养的高职高专大学英语教学改革现状及发展方向研究

摘　　要：基于职业能力培养,改革高职高专大学英语教学不仅转变了教学观念,更让英语教学过程中融入了职业、行业、生活以及实践的要素。文章从需求分析入手,对在校生、毕业生以及用人单位做了系列调查,综合论述了场景设置、文化素养、技能竞赛等7个方面,强调能力本位,真正实现英语语言的"学以能用","学以致用"。Based on vocational ability cultivation,the reform of English teaching not only changes the teaching concept,but also integrates the elements of occupation,industry,life and practice into the teaching process.Starting with the demand analysis,this paper makes a series of investigations on the students,graduates and employers,comprehensively discusses the seven aspects of scene setting,cultural literacy and skills competition,emphasizes the ability standard,and truly realizes the ultimate purpose of learning to use.
