摘 要:目的探索COVID-19背景下,应用线上教学模式开展麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的教学效果。方法选择2020年2月~12月期间,本院麻醉科规培教学55次,分两组进行研究,OL组(n=27):2020年2月~7月COVID-19疫情期间,采用线上教学授课方式;UL组(n=28):2020年8月~12月COVID-19疫情复工复产的背景下,采用传统的线下授课方式。按国家住院医师规范化培训基地评估标准(2018)要求,记录参与学员人数、课程任务完成程度、阶段考核情况分析总结等,并组织学生对线上教学模式进行评价。应用SPSS 22.0软件对数据行对比分析。结果OL组主观和客观评价指标不差于UL组(P>0.05)。结论在COVID-19疫情期间,麻醉科住院医师规培的线上教学模式教学质量与效果非劣于传统的线下教学模式,是特殊时期值得推荐的教学模式。Objective To explore the teaching effect of standardized training of anesthesiology residents with online teaching mode under the background of COVID-19.Methods From February to December in 2020,55 times of regular training in anesthesiology were divided into two groups.Group OL(n=27):during COVID-19 epidemic from February to July in 2020,online teaching was adopted;Group UL(n=28):Under the background of resumption of work and production of COVID-19 epidemic from August to December in 2020,the traditional offline teaching mode was adopted.According to the requirements of the National Resident Standardized Training Base Evaluation Standard(2018),the number of participants,the degree of completion of course tasks,the analysis and summary of stage assessment are recorded,and students are organized to evaluate the online teaching mode.SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the data.Result The subjective and objective evaluation indexes of Group OL were not worse than those of Group UL(P>0.05).Conclusion During the epidemic period of COVID-19,the teaching quality and effect of the online teaching mode of anesthesiology resident training were not inferior to the traditional offline teaching mode,which was a recommendable teaching mode in special period.
