摘 要:新医改以来,公立医院改革进入攻坚阶段,三级综合公立医院的生存与发展面临着更加复杂和多元化的挑战。建立适应医院发展需要的人力资源规划和建设高效、可持续发展的人才梯队已成为医院人力资源管理工作的首要任务。文章以长三角地区地级市某大型公立三甲医院为例,分析医院近年来人才支撑体系建设的实践经验与不足之处,探索建立适应现代医院高质量发展的人才支撑体系路径建设。Since the new medical reform,the reform of public hospitals has entered a critical stage.The survival and development of three-level general public hospitals are facing more complex and diversified challenges.It has become the primary task of hospital human resource management to establish human resource planning to meet the needs of hospital development and build an efficient and sustainable talent echelon.Taking a large public third class hospital in a prefecture level city in the Yangtze River Delta as an example,this paper analyzes the practical experience and shortcomings of the hospital in the construction of talent support system in recent years,and explores the path of establishing a talent support system suitable for the high-quality development of modern hospitals.
