摘 要:本研究采用反相乳液法,制得淀粉-海藻酸盐复合止血材料。通过扫描电镜、吸液性能测试、体外凝血试验和大鼠肝脏止血试验对其物理形貌、吸液性能,体外凝血性能、动物止血效果进行研究。结果表明,淀粉-海藻酸盐复合止血材料表面呈粗糙、多孔状,对模拟体液的吸液倍率可达20~22倍。体外凝血试验中,淀粉-海藻酸盐复合止血材料的全血凝固时间比空白缩短了28.65%。大鼠肝脏止血试验,相对模型组止血时间缩短57.9%,出血量减少64.3%,在外科手术创面止血有着良好的应用前景。Starch-alginate composite hemostatic material was prepared by inverse emulsion method.The morphology,extracorporeal coagulation and hemostatic effect in animal experiments were studied by scanning electron microscopy,fluid absorption performance,in vitro coagulation test and rat liver hemostatic test.The results showed that the surface of starch-alginate composite hemostatic material was rough and porous,and the absorption rate of simulated body fluid reached 20~22 times.In vitro coagulation test,the coagulation time of blood was shorter 28.65%than that of blank test.Compared to model group,the hemostatic time of rat liver was reduced by 57.9%and the amount of blood loss was reduced by 64.3%.Therefore,the starch-alginate composite hemostatic material has a good application prospect in surgical wound hemostasis.
