摘  要:目的:在分析五种氧化锆陶瓷(Y-TZP)压痕尺寸效应实验数据基础上,确定计算和测试Y-TZP真实硬度的方法。方法:收集ASTM C1327-2015标准测试的五种Y-TZP压痕尺寸效应实验数据,然后对实验数据进行分析和评价。结果:数字光处理(DLP)、机械加工(MILL)、添加A3染料(A3)和无染料(NA3)四种Y-TZP材料硬度随压痕深度增大而减小并逐渐趋于固定值,电泳沉积(EPD)Y-TZP材料硬度随压痕深度增大先增后减并逐渐趋于固定值。结论:实验最小压痕深度远小于晶粒大小是产生逆压痕尺寸效应的原因;随着晶粒尺寸增大,真实硬度减小,最小压痕深度增大,建立相对应关系式,以便在修复体优化设计时,指导口腔医生合理选择Y-TZP硬度值。Objective:Methods for calculating and testing true hardness of zirconia ceramics(Y-TZP)are determined based on the analysis of indentation size effect(ISE)of five kinds of Y-TZP experimental data.Methods:The experimental data of ISE of five kinds of Y-TZP,which tested according to ASTM C1327-2015 Standard,are collected,and then the experimental data are analyzed and evaluated.Results:The hardness of four Y-TZP(digital light processing(DLP),milled(MILL),with(A3)and without addition dental dye A3(NA3))decrease with the increase of indentation depth and gradually tend to a fixed value,and the hardness of electrophoretic deposition(EPD)Y-TZP first increases and then decreases with the increase of indentation depth and gradually tends to a fixed value.Conclusions:The mechanism of reverse ISE is that the experimental minimum indentation depth is much smaller than grain size.With the increase of grain size,the true hardness decreases and minimum indentation depth increases,and the corresponding relationship is established to give instruction to dentists for reasonably choosing Y-TZP hardness value in optimal design of the restoration.
