摘  要:目的:通过扫描电镜和微拉伸粘接强度测试,评价Er:YAG激光和传统去腐两种不同的去腐方式对自酸蚀粘接剂和全酸蚀粘接剂两种不同粘接系统粘接强度的影响。方法:本实验分为两部分,第一部分是通过场扫描电镜观察传统去腐与Er:YAG激光去腐后牙本质微结构的变化,第二部分是通过微拉伸粘接强度测试比较两种去腐方法对粘接效能的影响。第一部分分为传统去腐组、传统去腐加酸蚀组和激光去腐三组(每组一颗牙)。第二部分将24颗牙随机分为传统去腐组(A组12颗牙齿)和Er:YAG激光去腐组(B组12颗牙),A组使用球钻预备牙本质表面,B组使用Er:YAG激光预备牙本质表面。每组再分为全酸蚀组(A1组、B1组)、自酸蚀组(A2组、B2组)两个亚组,每组6颗牙。结果:扫描电镜下观察粘接界面,传统去腐加酸蚀组牙表面干净未见玷污层,传统去腐组牙本质表面被一层粗糙的玷污层所覆盖。激光去腐组牙本质表面可见开放的牙本质小管,但管径较小。传统牙钻预备后与Er:YAG激光预备后全酸蚀粘接强度对比,A1[26.32±6.43MPa]>B1[25.52±3.43MPa](P>0.05),差异不具有显著性。传统牙钻预备后与Er:YAG激光预备后自酸蚀粘接强度对比A2[21.52±4.52MPa]<B2[25.92±7.24MPa](P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:Er:YAG激光去腐后使用两种粘接系统均可以获得较好的粘接效果。Objective:Through scanning electron microscope and micro-tensile bond strength test,to evaluate the two different methods of Er:YAG laser and traditional de-corrosion on the two different methods of self-etching adhesive and full-etching adhesive the influence of adhesive bonding strength.Methods:The experiment was divided into two parts.The first part was to observe the changes of dentin microstructure after traditional decaying and Er:YAG laser decaying by field scanning electron microscopy.The second part was to compare the effects of the two decaying methods on bonding efficiency by micro-tensile bonding strength test.The first part was divided into three groups:traditional decaying group,traditional decaying plus acid etching group and laser decaying group(one tooth in each group).In the second part,24 teeth were randomly divided into two groups:traditional group(12 teeth in group A)and Er:YAG laser group(12 teeth in group B).In group A,ball drill was used to prepare dentin surface,and in group B,Er:YAG laser was used to prepare dentin surface.Each group was subdivided into total etching group(A1 group,B1 group)and self-etching group(A2 group,B2 group),with 6 teeth in each group.Results:Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the bonding interface.The dentin surface of the traditional decaying group was clean without staining layer,while that of the traditional decaying group was covered by a layer of coarse staining layer.Dentin tubules were found on the surface of dentin in laser decaying group,but the diameter of the tubules was smaller.Compared with Er:YAG laser,A1[26.32±6.43MPa]>B1[25.52±3.43MPa](P>0.05)showed no significant difference.The bonding strength of traditional drill and Er:YAG laser was compared A2[21.52±4.52MPa]<B2[25.92±7.24MPa](P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Er:After YAG laser derotation,using two bonding systems can achieve better bonding effects.
