摘　　要：近年来,随着镍钛器械的发展及其在根管预备中的应用,与镍钛器械锥度匹配的单尖根管充填法开始应用于临床。根管充填是对根管系统进行严密的三维封闭,是根管治疗最重要的步骤,同时也是根管治疗成功的关键。单尖根管充填法相对于传统的冷牙胶侧压充填法和热牙胶充填法,具有快速、与根管形态匹配良好、抗根折性能好等特点。根管封闭剂的性能是影响根管治疗成功的重要因素之一。iRoot SP作为一种新型生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂,因其优越的理化性质和生物学性能而被用于根管充填。生物陶瓷类根管封闭剂结合单根大锥度牙胶尖进行根管充填的方法日益普遍。本文就iRoot SP的相关性能;单尖法的临床操作步骤与技术要点、存在的疑问等进行详细的阐述,以期为临床工作提供参考。In recent years,with the develpement and widely use of Ni-Ti files in the root canal preparation,matched-taper single cone obturation technique has been applied to clinical practice.The superior 3D filling is performed as most important procedure of root canal treatment and is the key determinant of endodontic success.In contrast to the traditional cold lateral compaction and warm gutta-percha techniques,single-cone obturation technique is quick,highly efficient and well matching the root canal anatomy.The property of root canal sealer is one of the key factors affecting the success of root canal treatment.iRoot SP is a new bioceramic-based root canal sealer,has been recommended for endodontic obturation because of its superior physicochemical properties and biological performance.A single-cone obturation technique with bioceramic-based root canal sealer is becoming more and more popular.This paper provides iRoot SP related property;operation steps、technical key points and problems of a single-cone obturation technique in detail,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
