中医综合护理对老年膝骨关节炎生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医综合护理对老年膝骨关节炎生活质量的影响。方法将于上海市浦东新区大团社区卫生服务中心2017年11月—2020年4月接受治疗的120例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组给予美洛昔康7.5 mg,日1次,口服,治疗2周结合中医康复护理。观察组在对照组基础上,开展药盐包热敷护理,比较2组患者治疗前后的情况变化。结果治疗后2组患者的VAS、WOMAC、SF-36量表评分较治疗前均有不同程度改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药盐包热敷结合中医康复护理对老年膝骨关节炎功能改善具有较好疗效,中医综合护理提高了老年膝骨关节炎生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing on the life quality of senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis who received treatment in Community Health Center in Datuan of Pudong New District from November 2017 to April 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases each.The control group was given meloxicam 7.5mg,QD and Po for 2 weeks combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing.Observation group on the basis of the control group,carry out medicine salt package hot compress nursing and compare the situation change before and after treatment of two groups of patients.Results After treatment,VAS,WOMAC and SF-36 scale scores of 2 groups were improved to varying degrees compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of medicine salt and hot pack with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing has a good effect on the function improvement of senile knee osteoarthritis and comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine improves the quality of life of the elderly with knee osteoarthritis.
