摘　　要：湘茶研10号是以槠叶齐为母本、薮北种为父本,经杂交选育出的优质高产红绿茶兼制型茶树新品系,属灌木型,中叶类,中生种;树姿半开张,叶片稍上斜,叶色绿,叶面微隆起,芽叶黄绿,茸毛中等;产量高,生长势和扦插繁殖能力强,抗逆性和适应性均较强。湘茶研10号的内含物丰富、氨基酸含量高,制绿茶汤色黄绿明亮,嫩栗香,高长,滋味鲜醇;制红茶汤色红浓明亮,有甜香。Xiangchayan No.10(breeding code:2011-12-6)is a new good-quality and high-yield tea cultivar suitable for making black tea and green tea,which is selected by hybridization with Zhuyeqi as the female parent and Yabukita as the male parent.The tree belongs to a shrubby-type,middle-leaf and medium-sprouting cultivar in semi-open posture with slightly upward inclined green leaves,a bit raised leaf surface,yellow-green buds and medium hair.It has high yield,strong growth potential and cutting propagation ability,strong stress resistance and adaptability.It is rich in biochemical components,and is of a high content of amino acid.The brewed green tea is yellowgreen and bright in soup color with a tender chestnut fragrance that is strong and long-lasting,tasting fresh and mellow.The brewed black tea is red-thick and bright in soup color with a sweet fragrance.
