摘　　要：大学计算机基础是培养学生信息素养和计算机应用能力的重要课程。随着课程思政和现代信息技术不断融入教学,传统的教学方式亟待改革。根据计算机基础课程的特点,将思政教育元素融入课程教学;建设丰富的在线教学资源,开展线上线下相结合的混合式学习;构建三级竞赛体系,培养学生的创新意识和实践能力。这些改革措施取得了比较好的教学效果,推动了应用型人才的培养。Computer foundation is an important course to cultivate students’information literacy and computer application ability.With the integration of ideological and political education and modern information technology,the traditional teaching methods need to be reformed.According to the characteristics of computer foundation,the elements of ideological and political education are integrated into the course teaching.Rich online teaching resources are built and online and offline blended learning is carried out.A three-level competition system is bulit to cultivate students’innovative consciousness and practical ability.These reform measures have achieved good teaching results and promoted the cultivation of applied talents.
