南非高等教育现状与未来趋势  

On Current Status and Future Trends of Higher Education in South Africa

摘　　要：自种族隔离制度解除后,新南非政府出台了一揽子教育政策以加快南非教育民主化、现代化发展进程。但种族隔离制度解除的27年后,贫困和不平等的社会问题以及种族矛盾、阶级分化依然比较突出。这些社会和历史问题也直接影响了教育领域,尤其是高等教育问题凸显,入学率低、毕业率低和教育质量低的问题与性别问题、种族问题等并存。本文主要基于对南非教育的实地考察,结合国内外研究文献,对南非社会与高等教育发展现状、高等教育问题及其背后的历史根源进行了研究,在此基础上提出南非高等教育未来趋势和建议。Since the abortion of the racial segregation system in South Africa,the new government has intro-duced a package of policies to accelerate the democratization and modernization of education in South Africa.However,27 years after the lifting of the apartheid system,poverty and inequality,racial contradictions and class differentiation are still relatively prominent.These social and historical issues have also directly affected education,especially the higher education.Low level of enrollment rate,graducation and quality coexist with gender and race issues.This paper is based on field visits of South Africa during author training,combined with domestic and for-eign research literature on the current development of South Africa society and higher education.The historical causes of the future trends and suggestions of higher education in South Africa are put forward in this paper.
