少腹逐瘀颗粒治疗放疗相关盆腔纤维化的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析少腹逐淤汤颗粒治疗放疗相关盆腔纤维化的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月-2021年1月收治的放疗相关盆腔纤维化患者80例,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组(40例)与实验组(40例),对照组选择布洛芬口服治疗,实验组则选择少腹逐淤颗粒治疗,观察比较临床疗效。结果相比于对照组,实验组的临床总有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的QLQ-C30总评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相比于治疗前,两组治疗后的QLQ-C30总评分均明显降低(P<0.05),而且实验组护理后的QLQ-C30总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。在不良反应发生率方面,对照组、实验组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选择少腹逐瘀颗粒对放疗相关盆腔纤维化进行治疗能取得显著的临床疗效,不但能让患者生存质量显著提高,而且具有较高的安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction granule in the treatment of radiotherapy related pelvic fibrosis. Methods 80 patients with radiotherapy related pelvic fibrosis treated in our hospital from March 2018 to January 2021 were divided into control group(40 cases) and experimental group(40 cases) according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups. Ibuprofen was selected for oral treatment in the control group and Shaofu Zhuyu Granule was selected for treatment in the experimental group. Results Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total score of QLQ-C30 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Compared with before treatment, the total QLQ-C30 score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower(P<0.05), and the total QLQ-C30 score of the experimental group after nursing was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05). Conclusions Shaofu Zhuyu Granule can achieve significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of radiotherapy related pelvic fibrosis. It can not only significantly improve the quality of life of patients, but also has high safety and clinical promotion value.
