血清抗核抗体在宫颈癌患者中的表达及意义分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈癌患者血清抗核抗体(ANA)的表达及意义。方法采用间接免疫荧光法检测108例宫颈癌女性(宫颈癌组)及30例健康女性(对照组)血清ANA水平,分析宫颈癌临床病理特点与血清ANA表达的关系。结果宫颈癌组血清ANA阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);宫颈癌组核仁型抗体和斑点型抗体阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05);宫颈癌ANA阳性滴度为1∶320比例高于对照组(P<0.05);临床分期、分化程度及年龄均为影响ANA表达的相关因素(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌女性血清ANA阳性率均较高,荧光图形分布以核仁型、斑点型为主,抗体滴度均较正常人高,且随年龄增加、临床分期的进展及分化程度恶化,ANA阳性率提升,需重视对ANA高滴度宫颈癌女性病情的关注,以防止病情恶化,改善其预后。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum antinuclear antibodies(ANA)in patients with cervical cancer.Methods Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect serum ANA levels in 108 women with cervical cancer(cervical cancer group),and 30 healthy women(control group).The relationship between clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer and the expression of serum ANA was analyzed.Results The positive rate of serum ANA in the cervical cancer group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The positive rates of nucleolar antibody and speckled antibody in the cervical cancer group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of ANA positive titer(1:320)in the cervical cancer group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The clinical stage,differentiation degree and age were related factors affecting the expression of ANA(P<0.05).Conclusions The positive rate of serum ANA is higher in women with cervical cancer,with mainly nucleolar type and speckled type in fluorescence graphics.Women with cervical cancer have higher antibody titer than normal people.With the increase of age,progression of clinical stage and deterioration of differentiation degree,the positive rate of ANA increases.Attention should be paid to the condition of cervical cancer women with high ANA titer to prevent deterioration of the condition and improve the prognosis.
