摘  要:莱钢焦化厂5#、6#焦炉自投产运行至今已近17年,焦侧炉墙受推焦杆不同程度的机械碰撞、焦炭挤压等因素的影响出现炉墙砖龟裂、变形,甚至出洞,造成推焦电流偏大,难推焦,串漏、环保排放超标等现象。针对此情况采用与新型高分子抹补材料相结合,局部炉墙挖补的方案对炉墙进行修复,经过修复,解决了存在的问题,达到焦炉正常生产的要求,减轻了企业的环保压力。It has been nearly 17 years since 5#,6#coke ovens in the coking plant of Laiwu Steel were put into operation.The furnace wall at the coking side was affected by the mechanical collision of the coke-pushing rod in varying degrees,the extrusion by coke and other factors,leading to cracking,deformation and even holes in the bricks of furnace wall,furthermore resulting in the excessive coke-pushing current,difficult coke pushing,string leakage and excessive environmental emission.In view of this situation,combined with new polymer patching materials,the local digging-patching scheme of furnace wall was taken to repair the furnace wall.After repair,the existing problems were solved,the requirements of coke oven normal production were met,and the environmental protection pressure of the enterprise was reduced.
