摘　　要：应用UGNX软件的机构运动仿真功能,完成了自动物料定量分装机构的运动仿真设计。在UGNX软件运动仿真模块中定义了机构的运动连杆,设置了机构中连杆的运动副和连接副关系。通过函数分别驱动主动齿轮和调节齿轮,实现了机构正常工作和物料分装定量调整机构的分时运动的仿真。The motion simulation design of automatic material quantitative packaging mechanism is completed by using the mechanism motion simulation function of UGNX software.In the motion simulation module of UGNX software,the motion link of the mechanism is defined,while the relationship between the motion pair and the connection pair of the link is set.The driving gear and the adjusting gear are respectively driven by the function,which realizes the simulation of time-sharing movement for the mechanism in conditions of normal functioning and the material packaging amount adjustment.
