摘　　要：与科研单位、企业相比,目前高校知识产权成果转化并不理想。高校知识产权管理与服务工作是成果转化的关键,但既有的高校知识产权管理与服务工作亟待提升。以转化应用为导向,高校知识产权全生命周期划分为孵化阶段、实施阶段和成果产业化阶段,简称“3I”全生命周期,据此创设与之映射的高校知识产权全链条管理与服务机制,并明确管理与服务机制的实现路径,以优化科技成果转化,助力高校科技创新发展。and service work in universities is the key to the transformation of results,but the existing intellectual property management and service work in universities urgently need to be improved.Oriented by transformation and application,the entire life cycle of university intellectual property is divided into three stages:incubation phase,implementation phase,and achievement industrialization phase,referred to as the“3I”full life cycle.Based on this,it creates a full-chain management and service mechanism for university intellectual property that mirrors it,and clarifies the realization path of the management and service mechanism,as to optimize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and promote the development of scientific and technological innovation in universities.
