总义齿修复中的美学因素

摘　　要：目的:总结总义齿修复中的美学因素。方法:通过对既往病例资料及已有文献资料的总结,探讨影响无牙颌总义齿修复美学效果的客观因素。结果:经总结,印模、排牙、正中颌和基托四个方面是影响总义齿修复美观因素的主要原因。结论:无牙颌总义齿修复是目前医疗卫生水平下改善咀嚼和语言功能的有效手段,有针对性地对印模、排牙、正中颌、基托四个方面加以控制和调整,可最大程度保证修复的美观,从而将其临床价值最大化。Objective:To summarize the aesthetic factors in restoration of complete densture.Methods:The objective factors influencing the aesthetic effect in restoration of edentulous complete denture are explored by a summary of previous case data and existing literature.Results:In summary,the four aspects of impression,tooth arrangement,median jaw and base plate are the main factors affecting the aesthetic factors in resoration of complete denture.Conclusion:The restoration of edentulous complete denture is an effective means to improve chewing and language function under the current medical and health level.Targeted control and adjustment of impression,tooth arrangement,middle jaw and base plate can ensure the beauty of restoration to the greatest extent,so as to maximize its clinical value.
