摘　　要：目的:降低手术室护士的针刺伤发生率,保障护士的职业安全。方法:应用根本原因分析法(RCA)回顾2019年手术室护士发生针刺伤的风险因素,制定相应的防护措施,规范操作流程,建立健全职业防护管理制度。结果:2019年(实施培训前)针刺伤发生率为29.6%,2020年(实施培训后)针刺伤的发生率为3.7%。结论:RCA找出针刺伤发生的根本原因并积极改善,可显著降低针刺伤的发生率,提高手术室护士职业防护能力。Objective:To reduce the incidence of needle stick injuries among nurses in the operating room,and to ensure the occupational safety of nurses.Methods:The root cause analysis(RCA)method was used to review the risk factors of needle stick injuries among nurses in the operating room in 2019,formulate corresponding protective measures,standardize operating procedures,and establish a sound occupational protection management system.Results:In 2019(before training),the incidence of needle stick injuries was 29.6%,and in 2020(after training),the incidence of needle stick injuries was 3.7%.Conclusion:The RCA method finds out the root cause of needle stick injuries and actively improves them,significantly reduces the incidence of needle stick injuries,and improves the occupational protection ability of nurses in the operating room.
