摘 要:为提升并保持橡胶悬置的隔振性能,设计了一种刚度可变、限位间距和支撑高度可调、各向均有限位的橡胶悬置结构。在对其基本结构和工作原理进行介绍的基础上,以某商用车的动力悬置系统为例,利用能量解耦法进行了悬置刚度优化,并完成了悬置结构的详细设计,且利用有限元理论计算与刚度试验的方法研究了预载位移与垂向刚度的关系,进一步明确了该悬置刚度可变范围。最后,进行了悬置刚度调校及系统隔振性能测试。结果表明,该柔性橡胶悬置不仅具备刚度可变、限位间距和支撑高度可调、各向均有限位的功能,且调整方便、轴向与径向刚度比例变化范围较宽,能有效提升动力悬置系统的隔振性能、开发效率、通用性及可靠性。In this article, in order to improve and maintain the vibration isolation performance of rubber mount, a rubber mount structure with variable stiffness, adjustable spacing, supporting height and limited position in each direction is worked out. Efforts are made to explore its basic structure and working principle. The power-mounting system of commercial vehicles is taken as an example. Mounting stiffness is optimized with the help of the energy-decoupling method. The design of the mounting structure is completed;the relationship between preload displacement and vertical stiffness is explored by means of the finite-element method. Finally, efforts are made to conduct a series of test about suspension stiffness adjustment and vibration isolation performance. These results show that the flexible rubber suspension not only has functions of variable stiffness, adjustable limit spacing and support height, and limited position in all directions, but also is convenient to adjust. It also has a wide range of axial and radial stiffness ratio, which effectively improves power suspension. It is helpful for better vibration isolation performance, development efficiency, versatility and reliability of the power mounting system.
