摘 要:目的旨在厘清执行海外任务的卫勤人员“岗位胜任力”核心指标,为军队执行海外任务卫勤人员的遴选、抽组和培训提供参考。方法通过文献回顾和焦点小组等方法,明确执行海外任务卫勤人员的岗位职责;通过对具备海外任务经历的卫勤人员的深度访谈,厘清胜任海外任务卫勤岗位需具备的能力要求。结果形成思想政治、军人素养、专业知识、业务技能、身心素质等5个一级指标,奉献精神、纪律观念等20个二级指标的岗位胜任力模型框架。结论筛选海外任务卫勤人员岗位胜任力指标,对进一步构建量化的岗位胜任力评估模型,开展人员遴选与岗前培训具有指导意义。Objective The purpose of this study is to clarify the core indicators of“post competency”of military health service personnel on overseas missions,so as to provide reference for the screening,team selection and training of military health service personnel undertaking overseas missions.Methods Through literature review and focus group,the post responsibilities of military health service personnel performing overseas missions were identified;through in-depth interviews with military health service personnel with overseas mission experience,the specific requirements for them were pinpointed.Results The framework of post competency model was formed with 5 primary indicators,which are ideology and politics,military literacy,academic knowledge,professional skills and physical and mental quality,and 20 secondary indicators,such as dedication and discipline concept.Conclusion Screening the job competency indicators of overseas medical service personnel is of guiding significance for further constructing a quantitative job competency evaluation model and carrying out personnel selection and pre-post training.
