摘　　要：目的通过构建院内统一支付对账平台,优化医院缴费模式,缩短患者缴费时间,提升医院信息化服务能力。方法以统一第三方支付渠道为核心,各渠道点对点对账为需求,建设一套充分满足院内实际业务需求的对账平台。结果实现了门诊挂号缴费、住院缴纳预交金、出院结算线上线下全流程模式,缩短了患者缴费时间并解决了患者携带现金不便的问题。结论医院统一支付对账平台一方面方便患者,有效缩短了患者在就医过程中的排队时间;另一方面更保障了账务工作中的准确性和便利性,提高了医务人员的工作效率,提升了医院的管理效能。Objective To establish the unified payment and reconciliation platform,optimize the hospital payment mode,shorten patients'payment time and improve the hospital information service ability.Methods Taking the unified third-party payment channel as the core and the point-to-point reconciliation of each channel as the demand,a reconciliation platform was constructed to fully meet the actual business needs of the hospital.Results The online and offline whole-process mode of outpatient registration payment,hospitalization prepayment and discharge settlement is realized,which shortens patients'payment time and eliminates the inconvenience of carrying cash.Conclusion The platform not only provides the convenience for patients in shortening the queuing time but also ensures the accuracy and convenience of the accounting work,thus improving the working efficiency of medical staff and the management efficiency of the hospital.
