盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎患者的临床价值。方法抽取医院2015年1月至2018年1月收治的120例慢性牙周炎患者为临床研究对象,建立分组对照,包括对照组与观察组,各60例,对照组患者接受盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组患者接受盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、牙周炎相关指标、免疫指标变化情况之间的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组牙周炎相关指标改善效果优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组免疫功能指标改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎患者的效果显著,能够有效提升治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,改善免疫功能,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the clinical research object,and a grouping control was established,including 60 patients in the control group and 60 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the patients in the observation group were treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole.The differences between the two groups of patients in the effective rate of treatment,periodontitis-related indicators,and immune indicators were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of periodontitis related indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of immune function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole is effective in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.It can effectively improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the threat of complications,improve immune function,and has high safety.
