摘　　要：目的构建老年专科病房护理人员生前预嘱认知情况测评问卷,并进行信效度检验。方法在参考文献及相关网站的基础上形成问卷的初稿,然后经专家咨询及预调查对问卷进行修改。抽取北京市某三甲医院120名临床护士进行信效度检验,将问卷内容重新整理,出具终稿。结果总问卷中所有的内容条目进行分析,效度指数为0.90。充分考虑探索性因子分析方法,得到4个维度和11个条目,4个维度非常具有代表性,具体为对死亡的态度、对医疗决策的选择、对生命支持治疗的选择以及对生前预嘱的了解,累计方差贡献率为69.660%;问卷总体问卷的总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.703;各公因子与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.436~0.815,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论老年专科病房护理人员生前预嘱认知测评问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可作为护理人员对生前预嘱认知情况的测评工具。Objective To explore the structure of the awareness to living wills questionnaire and to test its reliability and validity among clinical nurses in the department of geriatric.Methods The first draft of the questionnaire was formed on the basis of references and related websites,and then the questionnaire was revised after expert consultation and pre-survey.A sample of 120 clinical nurses from a tertiary A hospital in Beijing was tested for reliability and validity,the contents of the questionnaire were rearranged,and the final draft was issued.Results All content items in the total questionnaire were analyzed,and the validity index was 0.90.Fully consider the exploratory factor analysis method,obtain 4 dimensions and 11 items,4 dimensions are very representative,specifically the attitude towards death,the choice of medical decision-making,the choice of life support treatment,and the pre-mortem Understand that the cumulative variance contribution rate is 69.660%.Overall questionnaire The overall Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the questionnaire is 0.703.The correlation coefficient between the common factors and the total score of the scale is 0.436~0.815,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The cognition assessment questionnaire for nursing staff in the elderly specialist ward has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for evaluating nursing staff's cognition of living will.
