摘　　要：目的观察司来吉兰联合左旋多巴治疗帕金森病(PD)的临床疗效及其对PD病人帕金森病评分量表(UPDRS)评分、血清β淀粉样蛋白1-42(Aβ1-42)水平及平衡能力的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年8月在重庆医科大学附属遂宁市中心医院就诊的PD病人102例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各51例,对照组予以左旋多巴治疗,观察组予以司来吉兰联合左旋多巴治疗,治疗2个月后进行疗效评价,并比较两组病人治疗前后血清Aβ1-42水平、UPDRS评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分、跌倒效能量表(MFES)评分、害怕跌倒(FOF)例数及生活质量综合评价量表(SF-36)评分变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(94.12%比76.47%,P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清Aβ1-42水平[(1.32±0.42)μg/L比(1.27±0.45)μg/L]、BBS评分[(47.05±4.16)分比(45.31±4.01)分]、MFES评分[(97.22±10.46)分比(89.52±10.75)分]及SF-36评分[(68.54±7.22)分比(61.37±7.46)分]均高于对照组,UPDRS评分[(25.36±1.54)分比(31.33±1.62)分]及FOF例数[8例比18例]均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论司来吉兰联合左旋多巴治疗PD效果显著,可有效缓解病人病情,改善临床症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of selegiline combined with levodopa in the treatment of Parkinson's disease(PD)and its influences on the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,serumβamyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42)level and balance ability of PD patients.Methods One hundred and two patients with PD treated in Suining Central Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from June 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly assigned into the observation group and the control group by random digital table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levodopa,while the observation group was treated with selegiline and levodopa.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 2 months later,and the UPDRS score,serum Aβ1-42 level,balance ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(94.12%vs.76.47%,P<0.05);the level of serum Aβ1-42[(1.32±0.42)μg/L vs.(1.27±0.45)μg/L],Berg Balance Scale(BBS)score[(47.05±4.16)score vs.(45.31±4.01)score],modified fall efficacy scale(MFES)score[(97.22±10.46)score vs.(89.52±10.75)score]and the MOS 36-item[(68.54±7.22)score vs.(61.37±7.46)score]short form health survey(SF-36)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the UPDRS score[(25.36±1.54)score vs.(31.33±1.62)score]and the number of FOF cases(8 cases vs.18 cases)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of selegiline combined with levodopa in the treatment of PD is significant,which can effectively alleviate the patient's condition and improve the clinical symptoms.
