社会支持对高校贫困女生创新能力的影响--基于对全国14所高校的抽样调查

摘　　要：基于对全国14所高校的调查数据,探索性地构建了社会支持、性别观念和课外参与对高校贫困女生创新能力影响的模型。研究发现,高校贫困女生群体存在创新能力不足、社会支持较少、课外参与不均衡和性别观念相对保守等特点。通过回归分析显示:正式支持对高校贫困女生创新能力有显著的正向影响,而非正式支持对创新能力影响不显著;性别观念和课外参与对高校贫困女生创新能力均有显著的正向影响;社会支持通过性别观念和课外参与可以提升贫困女生创新能力。提出了加大政府支持力度、构建高校贫困女生正式社会支持系统、提升贫困女生性别观念和课外参与等建议。Based on a data survey of students in 14 colleges and universities across China,the article tentatively constructs a model of the effects of social support,gender concept and extracurricular participation on impoverished girls'innovation ability.The study detects that low-income female college students are characterized by insufficient innovation ability,less social support,unbalanced extracurricular participation,relatively conservative gender concept,etc.Through a regression analysis,it is found that:the formal support has a significant positive impact on the creative ability of impoverished college girls,while the impact of informal support is not outstanding;both gender concept and extracurricular participation have a significant positive impact and meantime play a part in mediating the influence of social support on the creative ability of impoverished female college students.Such suggestions as increasing government support,building a formal social support system for female college students from low-income families,enhancing their gender concepts and promoting their extracurricular participation are proposed.
