摘 要:笔者制备了纳米金(AuNPs)/硫堇(Thi)/科琴黑(KB)修饰玻碳电极,研究了抗坏血酸(AA)和尿酸(UA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,并用于AA和UA的定量分析检测.结果表明,该修饰电极可以有效地催化AA和UA电化学氧化,两者氧化峰电位差达300 mV.在优化的实验条件下,AA氧化峰电流与浓度在5×10^(-3)~1×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.995,检出限为1.30×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1);UA氧化峰电流与浓度在1×10^(-3)~2×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.993,检出限为6.32×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1).该传感器具有线性范围宽、灵敏度高、抗干扰性强和同时检测等优点.In this paper,gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)/thionine(Thi)/Ketjen black(KB)modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared.The electrochemical behavior of ascorbic acid(AA)and uric acid(UA)on the modified electrode was studied and used for the quantitative analysis and detection of AA and UA.The results showed that the modified electrode could effectively catalyze the electrochemical oxidation of AA and UA,and the difference of oxidation peak potential between them was up to 300 mV.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the peak current of AA oxidation was linear with the concentration in the range of 5×10^(-3)to 1×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient r=0.995,and the detection limit was 1.30×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1).The oxidation peak current of UA had a linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 1×10^(-3)to 2×10^(-6)mol·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient was r=0.993,and the detection limit was 6.32×10^(-7)mol·L^(-1).The sensor had the advantages of a wide linear range,high sensitivity,strong anti-interference,and simultaneous detection.
