“三焦为原气之别使”刍议

摘　　要：历代对"三焦者,原气之别使也"的认识有所分歧。文章从《黄帝内经》和《难经》原文出发,通过辨析真气、元气及原气异同,提出真气是一身之气,并随其所到之处名为原气、经气等,以强调气的不同功能;认为原气本质与真气实为一气,均由三气组成,而元气是胎儿出生前的一身之气。其次结合三焦概念及其气化功能,和一气周流的认识,提出三焦为诸气之别使的观点,以揭示"三焦为原气别使"的内涵及理论意义。From ancient times to the present, the meaning of this sentence "the tripe energizer is the scattered channel of primordial Qi" has been controversial.Firstly, by studying the Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic and the Classic of Difficult Medical Issue, the article discriminates the similarities and differences between the true Qi, the original Qi and the primordial Qi, and makes a point that true Qi is the Qi of one body, and named as the primordial Qi, the meridian Qi, etc.wherever it goes, to emphasize the different functions of Qi.Meanwhile, it is believed that the essence of the primordial Qi and the true Qi are the same, both composed of three kinds of Qi.However, it put forward the view that the original Qi is the Qi of the unborn child.Then, combined with the concept of tripe energizer and its gasification function, and the understanding of the circulation of the Qi, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that the three energizer is the scattered channel of the Qi, and reveals the connotation and theoretical significance of "the tripe energizer as the scattered channel of primordial Qi".
