扶桑清肺散加味辅助埃克替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌阴虚毒热证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察扶桑清肺散加味辅助埃克替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌阴虚毒热证的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年2月~2020年2月期间我院确诊的表皮生长因子受(EGFR)敏感突变的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者104例,参照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组均有52例。对照组给予盐酸埃克替尼片;观察组埃克替尼治疗与对照组相同,并给予扶桑清肺散加味内服,两组治疗均以4周为1个周期。比较两组实体瘤疗效、生活质量疗效、阴虚毒热证症状评分、毒副反应。结果:观察组近期实体瘤总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量总改善率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个周期后,观察组的阴虚毒热证症状评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),治疗过程中,观察组患者的皮疹、皮肤干燥、腹泻、乏力、口腔黏膜炎、肝功能异常、脱发、瘙痒、恶心的发生率均低于对照组;且皮疹、皮肤干燥的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶桑清肺散加味辅助埃克替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌阴虚毒热证,可提高临床疗效,改善中医证候,减少毒副反应。Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of using Modified Fusang Qingfei Powder assisted by Ectinib in the treatment of Yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome in advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods: A total of 104 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were diagnosed with epidermal growth factor(EGFR) sensitive mutation in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into a controlled group and an observation group according to the random number table method, 52 cases in each group.The controlled group was given Ectinib Hydrochloride Tablets, the observation group received the same treatment as the controlled group, and Fusang Qingfei Powder was given orally.The treatment in both groups lasted for 4 weeks as a cycle.The curative effect of solid tumor, curative effect of quality of life, symptom score of Yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome, toxic and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results: The total effective rate of recent solid tumor in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment, the symptom score of Yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.01).During the treatment, the incidence of rash, dry skin, diarrhea, fatigue, oral mucositis, abnormal liver function, alopecia, pruritus and nausea in the observation group were all lower than that in the controlled group.The incidence of skin rash and dry skin was significantly lower than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using Fusang Qingfei Powder supplemented with Ectinib in the treatment of Yin deficiency and toxic heat syndrome of advanced non-small cell lung cancer can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the TCM syndrome, and reduce toxic and side effects.
