摘　　要：发展乡村产业是乡村全面振兴的重要根基、是巩固提升全面小康成果的重要支撑、是推进农业农村现代化的重要引擎,乡村产业发展面临资金、技术、人才等资源要素瓶颈,发展方式较为粗放,产业链条延伸不充分的问题。发展普惠金融,把更多金融资源配置到农村重点领域和薄弱环节,更好满足乡村振兴多样化、多层次的金融需求,是金融服务实体经济发展解决乡村振兴金融供给的关键。在分析乡村产业发展现状与存在问题、普惠金融内涵与发展路径的基础上,提出普惠金融服务乡村产业振兴的作用机理与实施路径。The development of rural industry is an important foundation for the overall revitalization of rural areas,an impor⁃tant support for consolidating and promoting the achievements of a well-off society in an all-round way,and an important en⁃gine for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The development of rural industry is faced with the bottle⁃neck of capital,technology,talent and other resource elements,the extensive development mode,and the insufficient extension of industrial chain.To develop Inclusive Finance,allocate more financial resources to key areas and weak links in rural areas,and better meet the diversified and multi-level financial needs of Rural Revitalization is the key to financial services for the de⁃velopment of real economy and solve the financial supply of Rural Revitalization.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural industry development,the connotation and development path of Inclusive Finance,this paper puts forward the mechanism and implementation path of Inclusive Finance Serving the revitalization of rural industry.
