胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗胃结肠息肉患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析在胃结肠息肉患者的临床治疗中,给予胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗的价值。方法通过随机抽签的方式抽取我院2017年1月至2020年12月收治的168例胃结肠息肉患者,根据治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组和研究组,每组84例,对照组患者给予活检钳钳除治疗,研究组患者给予胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗,比较两组患者经过两种不同治疗方式治疗后的疗效、复发率以及生活质量。结果对照组患者的治疗有效率为85.71%,研究组患者的治疗有效率为95.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的复发率为14.29%,研究组患者的复发率为2.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者各项生活质量评分显著低于研究组患者(P<0.05)。结论在胃结肠息肉患者的临床治疗中,给予胃肠镜下电凝切除治疗的价值显著,不仅有利于降低患者的复发率,还有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To analyze the value of electrocoagulation in the treatment of gastric colon polyp.Methods A total of 168 patients with gastric and colon polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected by random drawing.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,84 cases in each group,and control group patients were given for biopsy forceps treatment,patients in the study group were treated with gastrointestinal coagulation resection,and the efficacy,recurrence rate and quality of life of the two groups of patients after treatment with two different treatments were compared.Results The treatment efficiency was 85.71%in the control group and 95.24%in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of control group was 14.29%,and the recurrence rate of the study group was 2.38%,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the study group patients(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of gastric colon polyp,the value of electrocoagulation under gastroenteroscopy is significant,not only to reduce the recurrence rate of patients,but also to improve the quality of life of patients,worthy of active promotion in clinical treatment.
