摘  要:采用西门子S7-1200系列PLC作为主控制单元,将触摸屏技术、传感器技术、伺服电机驱动技术、步进电机驱动技术、Wi-Fi远程监控技术和物联网云盒子远程控制技术等综合应用于制动测试系统中,形成基于物联网的远程本地一体化控制的车辆制动测试系统,实现制动测试系统的扭矩线性输出、压力的精确控制、数据曲线的实时采集绘制和系统的远程监控等功能.通过压力传感器的实时压力反馈,将压力设定值与反馈值进行PID运算,构成压力闭环控制系统.通过触摸屏和PLC通信,可在本地触摸屏上设置系统功能和修改系统参数;通过云盒子以太网(或Wi-Fi)和PLC通信,实现手机或电脑远程监控设备状态和修改参数.Siemens S7-1200 series PLC were adopted as a main control unit,and the touch screen technology,sensor technology,servo motor drive technology,stepping motor drive technology,Wi-Fi remote monitoring technology and remote-control technology of IOT(Internet of Things)cloud box were comprehensively applied into the braking test system.A remote local integrated control vehicle braking test system based on the IOT was formed,and the functions of linear torque output,accurate pressure control,real-time collection and drawing of data curve and remote monitoring of the system was realized.Through the real-time pressure feedback of the pressure sensor,PID operation was run for the pressure set value and the feedback value,and the pressure closed-loop control system was formed.Through the touch screen and PLC communication,system function and system parameters modification can be realized on the local touch screen.PLM communication can be done through Ethernet(or Wi-Fi)of cloud box to realize remote monitoring device status and parameter modification by mobile phone or computer.
