摘　　要：“阳病治阴,阴病治阳”作为中医学重要的治疗原则,对后世临床有着深远的影响。从古至今,对“阳病治阴,阴病治阳”的理论内涵的探讨从未停止,并形成了丰富的解读。不同读者对其有不同的理解,这正是《黄帝内经》的魅力所在。随着内涵的不断丰富,临床应用也变得广泛起来。为了更好地了解“阳病治阴,阴病治阳”的内涵以对阴阳学说有更深刻的认识,并启发临床,现将关于“阳病治阴,阴病治阳”的内涵探析类文献和临床应用类文献进行综述。The“treating yin for the yang disease and treating yang for the yin disease”,as an important treatment principle of Chinese medicine,has a profound impact on later generations.From ancient times to the present,the discussion on the theoretical connotation of“treating yin for the yang disease and treating yang for the yin disease”has never stopped and has formed a rich interpretation.Different readers have different understandings of it,which is the charm of Huangdi Neijing.With the continuous enrichment of connotation,clinical applications have also become widespread.In order to better understand the connotation of“treating yin for the yang disease and treating yang for the yin disease”in order to have a deeper understanding of the theory of yin and yang,and to inspire clinical practice,we will now analyze the connotation of“treating yin for the yang disease and treating yang for the yin disease”literature and clinical application literature are reviewed.
