摘 要:前列腺癌的发病率在全球男性恶性肿瘤中排名第2,其发病率及病死率呈快速上升趋势。前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)PET/CT在前列腺癌的检测方面具有高灵敏度和特异度,可用于原发性前列腺癌的定位与分期、复发性前列腺癌的监测。目前,以PSMA为靶点的显像剂主要是放射性核素^(68)Ga和^(18)F的化合物。该文综述了临床常用的小分子抑制剂^(68)Ga-PSMA-11和^(18)F-PSMA-1007的特点,以及其在前列腺癌显像中的优缺点,为临床诊断提供依据,并指导其在不同患者中的临床应用。The incidence of prostate cancer ranks second among male cancer patients in the world.Its morbidity and mortality have been rapidly increasing in recent years.Prostate-specific membrane antigen(PSMA)PET/CT is highly sensitive and specific in the detection of prostate cancer,which can be applied in the localization and staging of primary prostate cancer and monitoring of recurrent prostate cancer.At present,PET tracers based on PSMA are mainly ^(68)Ga or ^(18)F labeled compounds.In this article,the characteristics of the commonly used small molecular inhibitors of ^(68)Ga-PSMA-11 and ^(18)F-PSMA-1007,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of their application in prostate cancer were reviewed,aiming to provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and guide clinical application in different patients.
