摘　　要：受各种条件限制,广大基层医院采用重组人组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓救治高龄急性脑梗死患者少见。该文报道2例90岁以上急性大面积脑梗死女性患者,严格按相关指南的纳入及排除标准予以规范化的rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗,及时挽救了患者生命,脑梗死相关症状好转出院,随访显示2例均获得较理想的远期疗效。Due to the limitations of various conditions,rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis has been rarely applied in grass-roots hospitals to treat acute cerebral infarction in elderly patients.In this article,two female patients,aged over 90 years old,diagnosed with acute massive cerebral infarction were reported.According to relevant inclusion and exclusion criteria,standard rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis was delivered,which saved the life of patients.Two patients were discharged after symptom remission.Subsequent followup demonstrated that two patients obtained favorable long-term efficacy.
