摘　　要：目的:研究用药线点灸疗法治疗恶性肿瘤所致失眠症的效果。方法:选取广西科技大学第一附属医院收治的54例恶性肿瘤所致失眠症患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为比较组和试验组。分别采用口服类镇静催眠药和药线点灸疗法对比较组患者与试验组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)的评分、临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,试验组患者PSQI中各项指标的评分均低于比较组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于比较组患者,P<0.05。治疗期间,试验组患者不良反应的发生率低于比较组患者,P<0.05。结论:用药线点灸疗法治疗恶性肿瘤所致失眠症的效果显著,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,且治疗的安全性较高。Objective:To study the effect of line moxibustion therapy on insomnia caused by malignant tumor.Methods:54 patients with insomnia caused by malignant tumor in the first Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Science and Technology were selected as the research object.According to random number table method,they were divided into comparison group and experimental group.Patients in comparison group and experimental group were treated with oral sedative-hypnotic drugs and drug line moxibustion therapy respectively,and then the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,scores of PSQI indexes in experimental group were lower than those in comparison group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in comparison group,P<0.05.During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in comparison group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Linear moxibustion therapy is effective in the treatment of insomnia caused by malignant tumor,and can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,and the safety of treatment is high.
