摘 要:脊柱外科领域疾病种类多,理论知识范围广,授课难度大。传统大班授课模式存在学生不易理解和记忆、课本知识与临床相脱节、授课过程单调乏味等问题。在新型冠状病毒疫情期间,将基于案例教学法应用于脊柱外科小班化教学取得了良好的教学效果,不仅能够促进学生之间相互协作,还可以培养学生的批判性思维,加深对知识的理解和认识,提高学习效率。目前少有报道针对脊柱外科教学中案例教学法的具体实施模式进行总结,本文结合笔者在临床带教中的经验,对3种不同的案例教学法模型进行探讨和总结,分析其在实施过程中面临的挑战。Spine surgery involves various types of diseases,with a wide range of theoretical knowledge,and it is difficult to teach.The traditional teaching method has many problems,such as the content is difficult to understand and memorize,the theoretical knowledge of the textbook is out of touch with the clinical knowledge,and the lecture process is monotonous and boring.During the COVID-19 epidemic,the case-based teaching method was applied to the small-class teaching of spine surgery and achieved good teaching results.It not only promoted collaboration between students,but also cultivated students'critical thinking and deepened their understanding of knowledge,and improved learning efficient.There is few report to summarize the specific mode of case teaching method in spine surgery teaching.This article combines the author's experience in clinical teaching,discusses and summarizes three different case teaching methods,and analyzes the challenges they face in the application process.
