摘　　要：目的了解揭阳市二级及以下医院医护人员肿瘤防治知识水平的现状,探索其影响因素。方法以参加揭阳市卫生健康局开展的"揭阳市肿瘤预防与治疗基层宣传教育系列活动"的369名医护人员作为调查对象,进行面对面问卷调查。结果本次调查的369名医护人员中肿瘤防治知识总知晓率为50.9%。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、单位级别和职称是医护人员肿瘤防治知识得分的影响因素;<35岁年龄组的得分是≥35岁年龄组的1.921倍,初级和中高级职称医护人员的得分分别是助理级别的1.828和3.079倍,二级医院医护人员的得分是一级医院的2.628倍。结论被调查的369名医护人员肿瘤防治水平普遍较低,相关知识掌握不够全面。可根据医护人员的不同特征设计制定分层次、针对性和全覆盖的培训计划,有助于提高医护人员的肿瘤防治知识水平。Objective To understand the status of tumor prevention knowledge among medical staff in secondary and lower hospitals in Jieyang City and explore its influencing factors.Methods From January to May 2018,the convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey with 369 primary medical staff who participated in the Jieyang City Tumor Prevention and Treatment Grassroots Publicity and Education Series Activities carried out by the Jieyang Municipal Health Bureau.Results The total awareness rate of tumor prevention and treatment knowledge among primary medical staff was 50.9%.The results of multi-factor analysis showed that age,unit rank and professional title were the influencing factors of medical staffs cancer prevention knowledge score;the knowledge level of cancer prevention and treatment in the<35 years old group was 1.921 times that of the≥35 years old group;the level was 1.828 and 3.079 times that of assistant level respectively;the level of medical staff working in the second-level hospital was 2.628 times that of the first-level hospital.Conclusion The level of tumor prevention and treatment of primary medical staff in Jieyang is generally low,and the relevant knowledge is not comprehensive enough.In the future,different targeted training courses can be designed according to the different characteristics of medical staff,which will help improve the ability.
