自信心综合训练对社区精神分裂症康复患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨自信心综合训练对改善社区慢性精神分裂症患者自尊水平和生活质量的效果。方法以整群随机抽样方式抽取6个街道76名阳光心园的康复患者为研究对象,干预组37人,对照组39人。干预组采用6个月的自信心综合训练,以SES和SQLS量表评估、比较研究对象的干预效果。结果自信心综合训练后,干预组中康复患者的SES评分从干预前的(25.92±3.28)上升至(27.81±3.97)(t=2.23,P<0.05);SQLS总分由干预前的50.05±5.64下降为42.84±5.86(t=5.39,P<0.01),心理社会维度、精力维度、症状副反应等维度同时也均有下降,干预前、后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在干预前后,SES和SQLS量表评估,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自信心综合训练能提高社区精神分裂症康复患者的自尊水平,提高其社会适应能力和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of self-confidence comprehensive training on improving self-esteem and quality of life of patients with chronic schizophrenia in community.Methods A total of 76 rehabilitation patients from 6 streets were selected by cluster random sampling.There were 37 in the intervention group and 39 in the control group.The intervention group received 6-month comprehensive selfconfidence training,and the intervention effects of the subjects were evaluated and compared with SES and SQL scales.Results After self-confidence comprehensive training,the SES score of rehabilitated patients in the intervention group increased from 25.92±3.28 to 27.81±3.97(t=2.23,P<0.05).The total score of SQL decreased from 50.05±5.64 to 42.84±5.86(t=5.39,P<0.01).The dimensions of psychosocial dimension,energy dimension and symptoms and side effects also decreased.There were significant differences before and after the intervention(P<0.05);In the control group,there was no significant difference in SES and SQL before and after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-confidence comprehensive training can improve the self-esteem level,social adaptability and quality of life of community schizophrenic rehabilitation patients.
