摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经系统变性病变,是痴呆最常见的原因。AD患者常同时存在认知和精神障碍。药物治疗AD的疗效有限,不能延缓疾病的进展,且药物在治疗精神症状的同时会加重患者的认知症状。基于此现状,经颅磁刺激、电刺激等神经调控技术逐渐应用于AD的临床治疗。大量临床研究证明神经调控技术可以通过改变神经兴奋性改善AD患者的认知和精神障碍。本文列举了几项常见的神经调控技术,就其改善AD的疗效、相关机制及安全性作一综述。Alzheimer’s disease(AD),the most common cause of dementia,is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system characterized by progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment.The large number of patients with AD often performed as cognitive concurrent with mental impairment.The drugs for AD produced limited efficacy,and could not delay the progression of AD.On the other hand,the cognitive symptoms usually worsened when applying the drugs for mental impairment.Based on above situation,neuromodulation therapies such as transcranial magnetic stimulation,transcranial directcurrent stimulation are gradually Utilized to the clinical application of AD.A mass of clinical studies have shown that neuromodulation therapies could improve cognitive and mental impairment in patients with AD via changing nerve excitability.This review listed several common neuromodulation therapies and elaborated the efficacy,related mechanism,and safety of them on AD.View listed several common neuromodulation therapies and elaborated the efficacy,related mechanism,and safety of them on AD.View listed several common neuromodulation therapies and elaborated the efficacy,related mechanism,and safety of them on AD.
