摘　　要：重庆市公安局北碚区分局不断完善“党政主导、公安主力、部门联动、街镇共抓、全民参与”的电信网络诈骗犯罪治理格局,从组织层面推进提升打击力度,在反诈宣传上强化治理效能实现突破,以最大决心、最强力度、最实举措抓防范、压发案,积极探索电信网络诈骗破案数、抓获人数、冻结资金和挽损金额同步提升的侦查防范对策,严厉预防并打击电信网络诈骗犯罪,切实维护人民群众合法权益。Beibei District Branch of Chongqing Public Security Bureau constantly improves the governance pattern of telecom and network fraud crime,which is dominated by the party and the government,the main force of public security,the linkage of departments,the joint efforts of street and town,and the participation of the whole people.At present,the investigation and prevention work of telecom and network fraud in Chongqing is faced with problems such as the coordination concept to be improved,the propaganda and prevention work is not in place,and the difficulty of investigation is increasing.Beibei District Branch of Chongqing Public Security Bureau takes the biggest determination,the strongest strength and the most practical measures to prevent and suppress the crime.To explore the investigation and prevention countermeasures of the simultaneous increase of the number of solved cases of telecom and network fraud,the number of people arrested,frozen funds and the amount of withdrawal loss,strictly prevent and crack down on telecom and network fraud crimes,and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
