摘 要:针对蜈蚣草中营养元素与砷交互作用机制不明的问题,采用同步辐射微区X射线荧光光谱技术研究外源无机As形态对蜈蚣草根、茎和羽叶中As和植物营养元素的微区分布的影响。结果表明,蜈蚣草各组织部位中As的微区分布特征基本不受外源无机As形态的影响,但各植物营养元素受添加无机As形态的影响较大。无论是添加As(Ⅲ)还是As(Ⅴ),蜈蚣草各组织中As的微区分布与P、S、Ca、Cu、Zn、Fe和Mn等元素的分布规律相似,且均存在显著的正相关性,说明As和上述营养元素在蜈蚣草体内进行向顶运输时可能存在协同作用。研究结果为全面了解蜈蚣草中营养元素的赋存特征及其与砷的相互作用提供了直观依据,同时对于工程应用中蜈蚣草的营养管护具有重要指导意义。Aiming at the problem that the interaction mechanism of nutrient elements and arsenic(As)in Pteris vittata L.(P.vittata)is still unclear,synchrotron radiation micro X-ray fluorescence(μ-SRXRF)mapping was performed on roots,rachis and pinnae tissues to discuss the effects of inorganic arsenic(As)speciation on their spatial micro-distribution characteristics.The results indicated that the speciation of exogenous inorganic arsenic had no influence on As micro-distribution in tissues,while the distribution of nutrient elements in different tissues were greatly affected by the speciation of added As.The micro-distribution of As in all tissues were similar to that of P,S,Ca,Cu,Zn,Fe and Mn for both As(Ⅲ)and As(Ⅴ)treated P.vittate,and there was a significant positive correlation between their distribution,indicating there may be a synergistic interaction between As and the above nutrients during their acropetal translocation within P.vittata.This study offers visual basis for comprehensive understanding of the occurrence characteristics of nutrient elements and As as well as their interaction in P.vittata,and provides important guidance for the nutritional management in engineering application.
