摘 要:《推拿手法学》是一门理论和实践相结合的课程,在推拿学及其相关专业课程体系中处于核心的位置,对中医学生的临床技能提升起着重要作用。在国家一流课程、金课及慕课建设的背景下,课程思政和中医技能型人才培养形式下,开展《推拿手法学》课程的教育教学改革研究意义突出。立足深化立德树人,构建课程思政案例教学宗旨,按照"金课"和"两性一度"的标准,从模块化设计教学内容、知识点启发式教学模式、打造高水平课程教学团队、创新混合式线上教学考核方式探讨和介绍了长春中医药大学《推拿手法学》国家线上线下混合式一流课程的建设经验与举措,对于当前"国家一流课程"建设背景下的中医高等院校开展高水平教学模式具有一定的示范作用。Science of Chinese Traditional Manipulation,a combination of both theories and practices,is at the core of the curriculum systems of massage and other related specialties and plays an important role in improving the clinical skills of TCM majors.Under the background of constructing national first-class courses,golden courses and MOOCs,and under the background of strengthening the courses for ideological and political education and cultivating TCM skilled talents,it is of great significance to carry out the course education and teaching reform.Based on the purpose of deepening the morality education and promoting case teaching practices in ideological and political education,in accordance with the standards of golden courses,the teaching team of this curriculum in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine initiates a course reform in aspects of designing teaching contents,adopting the heuristic teaching mode,forging a high-level curriculum teaching team,innovating online teaching assessment methods,etc.This paper discusses and introduces the course construction experience and measures,which may play a certain exemplary role in improving the high-level teaching mode in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and Universities under the background of the current construction of national first-class courses.
