摘 要:针对高速铁路32 m简支梁桥-CRTSⅢ板式无砟轨道系统,结合桥梁-轨道层间相互作用机制,推导考虑路基约束效应的梁体横向变形与轨面几何形态的通用映射解析表达式。基于该解析模型,定量化研究梁体横向变形幅值以及扣件横向刚度变化对钢轨映射变形的影响规律和影响机制。研究结果表明:在不同梁体横向变形模式(横向错台、横向转角)下,钢轨的变形形态不一样,钢轨几何形态与梁体横向变形形状基本保持一致;钢轨变形幅值与梁体横向变形幅值和扣件横向刚度呈正相关关系;扣件内力幅值与梁体横向变形幅值和扣件横向刚度呈正相关关系;在变形区域进出口处,层间扣件内力发生突变;在非梁缝区域内,层间扣件内力几乎为零;扣件横向刚度对钢轨变形和扣件内力影响不明显,总体呈正相关关系。Aiming at the 32 m simply-supported bridge−CRTSⅢslab ballastless track(SBT)system of high-speed railway considering subgrade,combined with the interaction mechanism between bridge and track,the general mapping analytical expression of the beam transverse deformation and rail surface geometry was deduced.Based on this analytical model,the influence law and influence mechanism on the transverse deformation amplitude of the beam and lateral stiffness change of fastener to the rail deformation were studied.The results show that with different transverse deformation modes of beam(beam transverse fault and beam transverse rotation),the deformation forms of the rails are different,but the geometric shape of the rails is basically consistent with the transverse deformation shape of beam.The maximum value of the rail deformation is positively related to the transverse deformation amplitude of the beam and the lateral stiffness of the fastener.The maximum value of the fastener internal force is positively correlated with the transverse deformation amplitude of the beam and the lateral stiffness of the fastener.At the entrance and exit of the deformation area,the fastener internal force changes suddenly,and in the non-beam joint area,the interlayer fastener internal force is almost zero.The influence of fastener lateral stiffness on rail deformation and fastener internal force is not obvious,and the overall relationship is positive.
