摘　　要：目的总结标准化管理在27例肝癌术后患者回输扩增活化淋巴细胞(expanded activated lymphocytes,EAL)中的应用效果。方法选择27例肝癌术后患者作为研究对象,成立标准化管理小组,对其进行EAL回输前、回输中、回输后3个阶段实施标准化管理模式。结果27例患者均顺利完成EAL回输治疗。2例患者在输注药物后30 min出现低度发热,1例在用药后30 min出现乏力,所有患者经休息和对症治疗后症状缓解或消失。结论在肝癌术后患者行EAL回输治疗中实施标准化管理,对提高药物治疗效果、保证治疗顺利进行具有积极的意义。Objective To summarize the effect of standardized management of 27 liver cancer patients after surgery who received expanded activated lymphocytes(EAL).Methods Twenty-seven patients with liver cancers after surgery were selected before a standardized management team was set up and standardized management was implemented before,during and after EAL infusion.Results Two patients contracted low-grade fever 30 minutes after treatment,and one patient manifested physical weakness 30 minutes after treatment.The symptoms of all the patients were relieved after rest and treatment.Conclusion Standardized management adopted during the treatment of EAL in liver cancer patients after surgery can contribute to the effect of drugs and to the success of treatment.
