高校后勤管理创新模式分析

摘　　要：高校后勤管理部门一方面为学校成员提供综合性的服务,另一方面为增强学校发展的持续性提供有力保证,对整个学校“机器”的运转具有积极的推动作用。为此,学校的后勤管理负责人既要重视,又需创造性地采取相应的措施,促进后勤管理质量的提升。在该文的论述中,笔者主要从现阶段构建管理存在的问题以及具体的创新性解决方案两个角度入手,旨在为推动本校后勤管理制度的提升提供必要的策略指导。On the one hand,the logistics management department of colleges and universities provides compre‐hensive services for school members,on the other hand,it provides a strong guarantee for enhancing the sustain‐ability of school development,and plays a positive role in promoting the operation of the whole school"machine".Therefore,the person in charge of logistics management of the school should not only pay attention to it,but also creatively take corresponding measures to promote the quality of logistics management.In the discussion of this pa‐per,the author mainly starts from the problems existing in the construction management at the current stage and the specific innovative solutions,in order to provide necessary strategic guidance for promoting the improvement of the logistics management system in colleges and universities.
