从湿热探讨幽门螺杆菌对2型糖尿病发病的影响

摘　　要：饮食不节、过食肥甘、内生湿热为2型糖尿病的重要病机。幽门螺杆菌致病具有湿热邪气的特性,感染后缠绵难愈、易于复发,如湿邪样胶着难除,且具有相兼性,导致多种疾病。因其由口而入,可引起脾胃运化失常,而致湿热内蕴,水谷精微不能输布周身。幽门螺杆菌感染能够加重湿热邪气,湿热内外合邪致病可导致2型糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展,此所谓“湿热内蕴、代谢病生”。因此,健脾气、清湿热治法既有利于清除幽门螺杆菌,也能在健脾清热化湿基础上增强脾胃运化,从而防治2型糖尿病及其并发症。Improper diet,overeating fat and sweet,endogenous dampness-heat are important pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes.The pathogenicity of helicobacter pylori has the characteristics of dampness-heat pathogen.After infected by helicobacter pylori,it is difficult to recovery and easy to relapse.Like dampness pathogen,helicobacter pylori infection is difficult to remove,and it is compatible,leading to a variety of diseases.As helicobacter pylori enter from the mouth,it can cause abnormal transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach,leading to dampness-heat accumulation and failure of essence of water and food to distribute throughout the whole body.Helicobacter pylori infection can aggravate the dampness-heat pathogen.The combined pathogen of dampness-heat interior and exterior can lead to the development of type 2 diabetes and its complications.This is the so-called“internal accumulation of dampness-heat causing metabolic disease”.The recommended therapeutic methods of invigorating spleen qi and clearing dampness-heat can not only help to eliminate helicobacter pylori,but also enhance transportation and transformation of spleen and stomach on the basis of invigorating spleen,clearing heat and removing dampness,thereby preventing and treating type 2 diabetes and its complications.
