摘　　要：人民法院属于国家审判机关,主要行使审判职能。随着智慧法院建设的逐步推进,极大提升了法院的工作效率,减轻了法官的办案压力。随着人员的增加和案件数量的增多,按照最高法院无纸化办公和阳光司法的要求,通过建设智能中间柜管理平台,实现诉讼纸质文档智能化集中管理,解决审判工作电子化、无纸化过程中纸质卷宗传统人工管理薄弱的问题。纸质诉讼文档材料在结案归档前得到统一、有序、智能化管理,并可有效追踪流转过程,确保安全储存。The people′s courts are state judicial organs and mainly exercise judicial functions.With the gradual advancement of the construction of smart courts,the work efficiency of the courts has been greatly improved and the pressure on judges in handling cases has been reduced.With the increase in personnel and the number of cases,in accordance with the requirements of the Supreme Court*s paperless office and Sunshine Judicial,through the construction of an intelligent middle cabinet management platform,the intelligent centralized management of litigation paper documents is realized,and the trial work is electronic and paperless.The problem of weak traditional manual management of paper dossiers in the process of transformation allows paper litigation documents to be unified,orderly and intelligently managed before the case is closed and archived,and the circulation process can be effectively tracked to ensure safe storage.
