摘  要:以减量率、还原糖量以及起毛起球性作为评价指标,对比了棉织物和粘胶织物的生物抛光效果差异;研究了影响粘胶织物生物抛光效果的因素。结果表明,相同的整理条件对棉织物的抛光效果要优于对粘胶织物的抛光效果。粘胶纤维表面进行简单碱处理后,生物抛光效果有明显地提高;酶组分含量不同的纤维素酶对粘胶的生物抛光效果有较为明显的差异;酶作用时间和机械作用力对生物抛光效果的影响程度最大。The bio-polishing effects of cotton and viscose fabric are compared by using the reduction rate,reducing sugar content and pilling as evaluation indexes.The factors influencing on the bio-polishing effect of viscose fabric are studied.The results show that the polishing effect of cotton fabric is better than that of viscose fabric under the same finishing conditions.After a simple alkali treatment,the bio-polishing effect of the viscose fiber is significantly improved.Cellulase with different enzyme components has a significant difference in the bio-polishing effect of viscose.The enzyme action time and mechanical force have a significant effect on the bio-polishing results of the viscose fabric.
