活动矫治器推磨牙远中进行乳磨牙早失间隙管理一例

摘　　要：乳磨牙早失是儿童口腔科的常见问题,容易造成缺牙间隙缩小甚至丧失,最终可能导致恒牙列拥挤,甚至继承恒牙的阻生。间隙扩展是解决牙间隙缺失的有效手段,本文介绍一例通过活动矫治器推第一恒磨牙远移扩展间隙,治疗乳磨牙早失引起的间隙丧失的病例,介绍该活动矫治器的设计和临床操作,并讨论推下颌磨牙远移的不同方法。Space reduction or loss after the premature loss of the primary molars are often seen in children,which may cause crowding of permanent dentition or ectopically erupting of inheritant teeth.Nevertheless,such cases could be treated with methods of space regaining.This case report utilized a removable appliance as the correcting appliance to regain the lost space caused by premature loss of primary mandibular second molar,by the way of distalizing and uprighting the ectopic permanent first molar.It will also introduce the design and clinical strategy of such appliance and discuss different treatment for distalization of mandibular molars.
